I am passionate about inclusion and accessibility, and I want everyone to have the best experience possible in Sydney. For example, if you have physical limitations, are travelling with elderly parents, or there are people in your group with beautiful neurodiverse brains - I'll do some research beforehand to make sure your experience is as stress free as possible.
I do not have any formal training in this area, so if I think there may be limitations I genuinely can't accommodate I will let you know upfront.
As a passionate Sydneysider, I'm more than happy to provide personalised recommendations for all areas of Greater Sydney based on my extensive exploration.
However, I focus my Meet and Greet tours on the places where I've spent the most time, ensuring that you get an authentic and in-depth experience. These include Sydney CBD, Harbour foreshore (Darling Harbour, Barangaroo, Circular Quay, Wollomolloo) or Manly area.
Payment must be received upfront when booking.
I will provide payment details from PayPal or bank transfer once your booking has been confirmed.

Things come up on holidays! I totally get that. Or sometimes you wake up and just feel like staying in bed instead. Because this is a passion project for me, I want to be as flexible as possible, so you can cancel your tour up to 3 hours before we meet with a full refund, no questions asked! No elaborate excuses needed - just let me know via WhatsApp as early as possible, and I will process your refund that day.
Personalised recommendations are non-refundable.
While I will use the survey details to make your experience in Sydney as tailored as possible, unfortunately I can't control external circumstances like weather, traffic issues, or hospitality staff having a bad day!
You will receive a feedback form after your visit to Sydney has finished, and I really seek honest and constructive feedback on how I can make this service better.
The short answer is - as many as you like! However, this is a personalised service - so I wouldn't recommend you extend the invite beyond your immediate travel group.
